Tzatziki Sauce in a bowl topped with dill alongside pita bread

A staple in most Greek homes, Tzatziki Sauce can complement a wide variety of dishes. You might have heard of tzatziki sauce, but weren’t sure what was in it. This tasty sauce is made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, and fresh lemon juice. It’s a no-frills sauce that brings all of the taste!

Popular uses for this amazing sauce include veggie dip, sauces for meats and fish, sandwich spread, and many more; it’s truly a multi-purpose condiment! Plus, with the Greek yogurt base, tzatziki sauce offers a number of health benefits. Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein (especially if avoiding meat). It’s packed with healthy probiotics and is high in calcium, which is great news for your bone health.

We make our tzatziki sauce with garlic grown in our raised garden beds, which brings its own health benefits into the mix. Garlic helps with conditions such as high or low blood pressure, high cholesterol, inherited high cholesterol, and coronary heart disease.
