This tasty sauce is made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, and fresh lemon juice. It’s a no-frills sauce that brings all of the taste!

Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
- ¾ cup grated English cucumber squeezed
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dill
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- pinch salt and pepper
- ½ lemon juiced
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber and finely grate.
- Place the grated cucumber in a linen cloth or cheesecloth and squeeze to remove water. Getting rid of the excess water from the cucumber is important so that the sauce isn’t watery.
- To a bowl, add the yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Stir until combined, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours for best flavor.
