These Greek Salad Kebabs make the perfect appetizer that is seriously easy but looks so fancy! Only assembly required, no cooking needed. For this recipe, we took our favorite Greek Peasant Salad (Horiatiki Salad) and turned it into a stick version. Serve these up at your next game day party or any type of gathering for a fun portable appetizer twist on a classic salad.
Greek Salad Kebab Ingredients
- Pitted kalamata olives
- Red onion
- Cucumber
- Feta cheese (in a block)
- Grape tomatoes
- Fresh dill
- Lemon juice
Step 1. Preparation
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then cut into half-inch-thick slices. Chop the onion into small wedges. Cut the feta cheese block into 1-inch pieces.
Step 2. Assembly
To assemble the kebabs thread each skewer with a kalamata olive, onion wedge, cucumber slice, piece of feta and grape tomato. Continue until all of your veggies are skewered.

Step 3. Finishing touches
Sprinkle the kebabs with fresh dill, lemon. Serve these Greek Salad Kebabs along with homemade Tzatziki Sauce, Hummus or Latholemono dressing for dipping.

Ingredients
- ½ cucumber
- ½ large red onion
- 1 15 oz block of feta cheese
- pitted kalamata olives
- 1 container of grape tomatoes
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- fresh lemon juice
Instructions

- Assemble the kebabs by threading a kalamata olive, onion wedge, cucumber slice, piece of feta and tomato. Continue until all of your veggies are skewered.
- Sprinkle the kebabs with fresh dill, lemon and olive oil. Serve alongside tzatziki sauce, hummus and/or latholemono dressing for dipping.
