Materials

Instructions

  • Start by making your paper cones
  • Next, assemble your salad kebabs and turkey keftedes on long party toothpick.
  • Place your taller pieces in the back of the cone, with your smaller pieces in front. If you have any loose pieces of cheese or meat, you can place those in the bottom of the cone as a little surprise toward the end.
  • Place a salad kebab, turkey keftedes skewer, and one piece of spanakopita, in the back of the cone. Follow with two yaprakia. Fill in the spaces with a couple of pita rounds, a skewer of grapes, and a sprig of rosemary. There's no right or wrong way to fill a charcuterie cone. Enjoy filling your cones with your favorite snack foods. Be creative and have fun with it!

Notes

We made four charcuterie cones, but the size of the cones you make will dictate the number of pieces that go inside. You can make just a few cones or a large quantity, it just depends on how many people you are serving.
