- 4 ears corn peeled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tsp oregano
Peel the corn on the cob by removing leaves and silk.
Fill a large stockpot halfway with water and bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the topping. In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of the feta cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of the oregano. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Add the peeled corn to the boiling water and return the water to a boil. Once boiling, cook the corn for 5 minutes.
Remove the corn from the hot water, and place the ears on a serving plate.
Using a spoon, slather the topping onto each ear of corn. Adding an additional sprinkling of feta cheese and oregano. Serve hot and enjoy!
