Zucchini Squares (With A Greek Twist)

These popular zucchini squares are always a hit, now enjoy them with a "Greek" inspired twist! Perfect for your next party, picnic or they also make a great addition to any weekly meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups zucchini shredded
  • 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  •  Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the first seven ingredients.
  •  In a separate small bowl, lightly beat eggs and add them to the dry ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown and the center is set. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
