- 3 cups zucchini shredded
- 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 1 tbsp dill fresh
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 eggs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the first seven ingredients.
In a separate small bowl, lightly beat eggs and add them to the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown and the center is set. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
