navel orange peeled and sliced

red onion thinly sliced

raisins

pomegranate seeds
Instructions
To make the dressing, whisk together in a small bowl the olive oil, honey, mustard, pepper and lemon juice.
In a large bowl add the spinach, orange, onion and raisins.
Pour the dressing over the salad and give it a gentle toss.
Top with pomegranate seeds and feta cheese.
