- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
- 1½ tbsp organic unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½ tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Place unsweetened almond milk in a saucepan and heat over high heat until it comes to a simmer.
Whisk in cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla.
Pour into mugs and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
