Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • tbsp organic unsweetened cocoa powder
  • tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place unsweetened almond milk in a saucepan and heat over high heat until it comes to a simmer.
  • Whisk in cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Pour into mugs and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
