Chamomile Tea
A popular Greek herbal tea used for medicinal and calming effects.

- 8 ounces water
- 1 tsp dried chamomile
Place about 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile to your infuser.
Using a tea kettle or pot, heat the water until it boils. When small bubbles begin to form, the water is ready.
Add the hot water to your cup.
Place your tea infuser in the water.
Allow the tea to steep for five minutes.
Dried chamomile can be found at most Mediterranean and specialty stores.
Optional add-ins:
- pure honey
- splash of apple cider vinegar
- lemon juice
- cinnamon
- fresh ginger
