Greek Style Guacamole
We gave classic guacamole a Mediterranean flair with creamy avocados, red onion, kalamata olives and of course feta cheese!

- 3 avocados pitted and mashed
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese
- ½ cup Kalamata olives diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dill
In a medium bowl mash avocados.
Mix in onion, feta cheese and olives.
Stir in the lemon juice and dill.
Top with a sprinkle of feta cheese and dill and serve.
- If your avocados are on the hard side blend in a food processor before adding in the rest of the ingredients to ensure a smooth and creamy texture.
- If serving later you can keep the avocado pits on top of the guacamole, this will help the guac from turning brown!
