12 Medjool date 4 oz block feta cheese zest from 1 lemon 1 tsp olive oil 2 tbsp fresh dill 1 tsp dried oregano ¼ tsp garlic powder pinch of pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl crumble feta cheese (if using block cheese) and add in olive oil, lemon zest and spices and combine.
Cut the dates lengthwise and remove and discard the pits.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
Fill the dates with the cheese mixture and place the baking sheet.
Cook for 7-10 minutes until the dates are soft and the cheese has melted. Top with extra dill (optional) and serve immediately.
