Banana Baklava “Nice” Cream
A healthier alternative to dairy ice cream, this creamy dessert is made of just 2 ingredients then topped with the flavors of our favorite Greek dessert, Baklava. It's Gluten-free, vegetarian and refined sugar-free.

- 2-3 frozen bananas cut into small chunks
- ⅛ cup unsweetened almond milk or any non-dairy milk of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- drizzle of honey
Place frozen banana chunks in a food processor, add almond milk, blend until smooth.
Transfer to bowls and top with cinnamon, walnuts, and honey. For a more scoopable ice cream texture place in the freezer for 1-2 hours before serving.
