Baked Buffalo Cauliflower
These baked cauliflower bites will be sure to satisfy any buffalo wing cravings! They are tossed in a lighter buffalo sauce and then topped with feta cheese. Pair with a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping.

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup feta cheese
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Place the florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, ¼ tsp garlic, pepper, and salt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes flipping the cauliflower about halfway through.
Meanwhile make the sauce by whisking together the buffalo sauce with honey, ¼ tsp garlic, and pepper.
Once the cauliflower has cooked remove from the oven and place into a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce. Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve.
Pair with our homemade Tzatziki Sauce and for a vegan option sub out the Greek yogurt for vegan mayo (we like the brand Vegenaise).
