- 3 cups frozen sliced peaches
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp pure raw honey (sub maple syrup for vegan)
- Juice from ½ a lemon
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. You will need to scrape down the sides while a few times while blending until the mixture becomes smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy later.
