Baked Feta
This easy appetizer oven-baked feta is topped with oregano, thyme and drizzled with honey. Great on its own or as a part of a cheeseboard, either way, your guests will be impressed and you won't be slaving away in the kitchen!

- 1 10 oz block of feta cheese
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1-½ cups pitted kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp honey
- fresh thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a small baking dish.
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish.
Add the olives around the feta.
Sprinkle the oregano over the cheese and olives and place sprigs of thyme on the feta.
Drizzle everything with honey and more olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Turn oven to broil and bake until golden brown.
Top with additional honey (optional). Serve immediately.
