Baked Feta

This easy appetizer oven-baked feta is topped with oregano, thyme and drizzled with honey. Great on its own or as a part of a cheeseboard, either way, your guests will be impressed and you won't be slaving away in the kitchen!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz block of feta cheese
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1-½ cups pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
  • Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a small baking dish.
  • Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish.
  • Add the olives around the feta.
  • Sprinkle the oregano over the cheese and olives and place sprigs of thyme on the feta.
  • Drizzle everything with honey and more olive oil.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. Turn oven to broil and bake until golden brown.
  • Top with additional honey (optional). Serve immediately.
