Greek Salad Kebabs
All of the flavors of a Greek salad turned into a handheld appetizer on a stick!

- ½ cucumber
- ½ large red onion
- 1 15 oz block of feta cheese
- pitted kalamata olives
- 1 container of grape tomatoes
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- fresh lemon juice
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then cut into half-inch thick slices. Chop the onion into small wedges. Cut the feta cheese block into 1-inch pieces.
Assemble the kebabs by threading a kalamata olive, onion wedge, cucumber slice, piece of feta and tomato. Continue until all of your veggies are skewered.
Sprinkle the kebabs with fresh dill, lemon and olive oil. Serve alongside tzatziki sauce, hummus and/or latholemono dressing for dipping.
