There’s nothing quite like lounging at the pool on a hot summer day with a chilled glass of summery sangria! Our Peach Sangria has just 3 simple ingredients and no added sugars or syrups. We let the sweetness of the peaches and the white wine do all the work so it’s not overly sweet.
This drink is great for al fresco brunch, backyard bbq’s, happy hour and book club nights. If you like your drinks extra boozy you could add in vodka, brandy or replace the seltzer for prosecco. But we kept it easy in our not too sweet, light and refreshing version.
Let’s talk about peaches. They are a heart-healthy stone fruit loaded with antioxidants and nutrients. We picked ours fresh from Southen Belle Farm in McDonough Georgia just south of Atlanta. It’s such a rewarding experience to visit a family farm and be able to pick the fruit you are about to eat. If you have the chance to go fruit picking at a local farm we highly recommend it!

Peach Sangria
Ingredients
- 3 peaches
- 1 bottle chilled white wine Pinot Grigio or Moscato
- 1 liter sparkling seltzer
Instructions
- Slice peaches and add to a pitcher.
- Next, add in white wine, top with seltzer and stir.
- Divide evenly into glasses and serve.
