With only 5 ingredients and a grill that’s preheated, you’re all set to go. Cut watermelon into 1 inch thick slabs and lightly brush both sides with olive oil. Place watermelon slices on the grill (cut-side down) and grill for 2-3 minutes. Then flip the slices over and grill for another 2-3 minutes. Watermelon should have slight grill markings. Remove from grill and cut watermelon from the rind. Place watermelon slices on serving dish and top with crumbled feta, chopped basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. It’s as simple as that: an easy-peasy dish that will impress your guests and leave your taste buds happy!

Grilled Watermelon with Feta
Ingredients
- 1 whole watermelon
- olive oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- GrillCut watermelon into 1 inch thick slabs and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
- Place watermelon slices on the grill (cut-side down) and grill for 2-3 minutes. Flip slices over and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
- When the watermelon starts to get slight grill markings remove from the grill and cut watermelon from the rind.
- Place watermelon slices on serving dish and top with crumbled feta, chopped basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
