Turkey Lettuce Wraps

These Turkey Lettuce Wraps are a healthy, low carb and low-fat alternative to a traditional sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 cup avocado mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • leafy lettuce

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add turkey, celery, and carrots.
  • Add the avocado mayonnaise and thoroughly mix.
  • To serve, spoon about a half cup of the turkey mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf. So Easy!
