Making your own granola is so much healthier than eating the
Why we love Chia Seeds!
Chia seeds are one of our favorite ingredients to sneak into recipes. They are a great source of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber
This Heart Healthy Granola is great on its own as a snack. It can also be used as a cereal paired with your favorite plant-based milk or, our preferred way, as a crunchy topping for Greek Yogurt. We used dried cranberries in our granola but you can add a variety of dried fruit or top with fresh fruit.

Like most of our recipes we make this granola in big batches, what can we say we’re Greek and always feel the need to make a lot of food! It should last a few weeks in an airtight container at room temperature but you can also freeze a portion of it too.

Great recipe. I’d have to mix the chia seeds into the wet mixture though to get it to bind better with the oats
