Ingredient List
- Peaches
- Olive OIl
- Raspberries
- Honey
- Greek Yogurt
- Walnuts

Picking the Perfect Peach
Select peaches that are still a little firm when squeezed and have a pleasant peach aroma. Overly ripe peaches will caramelize and burn too quickly when grilled and peaches that have no smell generally have no taste either. The peach should have a vibrant yellow or orange background color with full or partial covering of deep red blush. Stay clear of peaches that still have a green tinge, and peaches that are bruised and scratched.
Let’s Get Started on the Grilled Peaches
Add your raspberries to a saucepan along with the honey, bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat until berries have softened. Strain raspberries through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing on the berries to release the juices, discarding the seeds. Set the sauce aside while you prepare the peaches. Heat grill to medium. Run a knife along the seam of the peach all the way around and twist gently to halve. Remove pits and brush each half with olive oil.

Place peaches cut side down on the grill. Grill until grill marks begin to develop and peaches start to soften approximately 4-5 minutes.
Remove peaches from the grill. Serve warm peaches with a dollop of Greek yogurt, a drizzle of the raspberry sauce, chopped walnuts, an additional drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. You’ll love how the yogurt and raspberry sauce melts onto the warm peach creating the perfect warm-weather dessert!
